Collections Specialist
We have immediate openings for collectors that desire to improve the financial well-being of consumers by resolving their accounts, assisting them with past due debt, and finding creative solutions to pay off debt.
Starting pay is at $15.00/hour and with bonus, make up to $70,000/year
Qualifications:
- Prior call center experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated, stable and dependable work history
- One or more years experience in customer service preferred
- Persuasive negotiator with a knack to resolve issues for all parties
- Strong, proven ability and desire to help people with a customer service focus
- Clear, confident and effective communication skills
- Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy
- High school diploma or GED preferred
