Collections Specialist

We have immediate openings for collectors that desire to improve the financial well-being of consumers by resolving their accounts, assisting them with past due debt, and finding creative solutions to pay off debt.

Starting pay is at $15.00/hour and with bonus, make up to $70,000/year

Qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated, stable and dependable work history
  • One or more years experience in customer service preferred
  • Persuasive negotiator with a knack to resolve issues for all parties
  • Strong, proven ability and desire to help people with a customer service focus
  • Clear, confident and effective communication skills
  • Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
